Today, stress is a fact of life, and the workplace is no exception. Deadlines, rapidly changing technology, and unavoidable interpersonal conflicts are just a few of the stresses workers cope with daily.
Many corporations now offer on-site massage therapy services to their employees on a regular weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. It is especially effective at producing therapeutic results in a brief period of time by concentrating the massage on the areas of greatest tension.

How our service works:
* To establish massage day at your corporation, call (416) 666-7659 and speak with one of our Client Representatives
* Rx-MassageOnsite will set up the online scheduling system for your company
* Employees book appointments online
* Online booking will make the massage schedule accessible to all employees on and off site
* Online booking means that there are no administrative details to be dealt with by your employees
* Participants must fill out a Health History Form prior to receiving a treatment
* A Registered Massage Therapist will travel to your location with all of the necessary equipment
* A private, quiet area (boardroom or conference room) will be provided for the massages to take place
* After reviewing client Health History Form, RMT provides therapeutic massage
* Treatments typically last between 30 minutes to one hour depending on conditions being treated
* After the treatment has been administered, the patient receives an official receipt
* The patient submits the receipt and doctor’s letter to an Extended Health Plan for reimbursement (if client has coverage)
Client Payment Method
* A minimum three-hour block of time is required, 48 hours in advance, for a Therapist to perform massage in the workplace
* If the previous requirement is not met, the scheduled massage date will be cancelled
* Payment for corporate massage must be made in advance of treatment by credit card through Rx-MassageOnsite Co-ordinator via Paypal
* Appointment bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received
Cancellation Policy
We all agree that time is very important. In order to cancel and avoid paying for the time we have reserved for you, 48 hours notice is required (2 business days).
Gratuity (Tipping Policy)
The offering of gratuities is a very personal experience for each person. Unlike many other companies, we would NEVER suggest that a gratuity is "expected", although it would be graciously accepted.
