Massage for Hotel Guests
Business travelers face a number of stresses when they are away from home.
They may be fatigued, have aches and pains, be suffering from jet lag, have difficulty sleeping and need more than a “spa” treatment to address their symptoms.
Our staff is punctual, professional, and in-tune with the demands of the business traveler.
We understand that many of our clients work late and may require our services at unusual hours, so we strive to be available 24 hours a day.
In-suite massage:
* is convenient, eliminates more travel time, the stress and expense of parking and waiting for your appointment
* prevents injury and pain related to everyday stress and strain, which can be aggravated by travel

* allows you to seek treatment RIGHT IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOTEL ROOM!
How our service works:
* Book an appointment by calling (416) 666-7659
* A one hour minimum is required for all Private treatments
* A Registered Massage Therapist will travel to your location with all of the necessary equipment
* Participants must fill out a Health History Form prior to receiving a treatment
* RMT provides therapeutic massage
* After the treatment has been administered, the patient receives an official receipt
* The patient submits the receipt and doctor’s letter to an Extended Health Plan for reimbursement (if client has coverage)
Client Payment Method
* Payment for in-suite massage must be made in advance of treatment by credit card through Rx-MassageOnsite Co-ordinator via Paypal
* Appointment bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received
Cancellation Policy
We all agree that time is very important. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment, if you need to cancel, in order to avoid paying for the time we have reserved for you.
Gratuity (Tipping Policy)
The offering of gratuities is a very personal experience for each person. Unlike many other companies, we would NEVER suggest that a gratuity is "expected", although it would be graciously accepted.
