How Our Service Works:

    * Book an appointment by calling (416) 666-7659

    * Clients must first REGISTER on-line to be able to fill out a confidential health history form as well as make payment for their treatment via pay pal.

    * A one hour minimum is required for all Private treatments

    * Choose a space that is conducive to relaxation

    * A Registered Massage Therapist will travel to your location with all of the necessary equipment

    * Participants must fill out a Health History Form prior to receiving a treatment

    * RMT provides therapeutic massage

    * After the treatment has been administered, the patient receives an official receipt

    * The patient submits the receipt and doctor’s letter to an Extended Health Plan for reimbursement (if client has coverage)

Client Payment Method

    * Payment for at-home massage must be made in advance of treatment by credit card through Rx-MassageOnsite Co-ordinator via Paypal

    * Appointment bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received

Cancellation Policy

We all agree that time is very important.  Please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment, if you need to cancel, in order to avoid paying for the time we have reserved for you.

Gratuity (Tipping Policy)

The offering of gratuities is a very personal experience for each person. Unlike many other companies, we would NEVER suggest that a gratuity is "expected", although it would be graciously accepted.
